While Probe's Engineering group helps customers complete product
design, our global procurement team selects optimal and
cost-effective materials in order to ensure efficient
development and on-time production delivery. Probe has developed a
New Product Introduction (NPI) services to shorten
product-development cycles, while optimizing a product's design
for volume manufacturing. In addition, Probe's quick-turn
prototyping allows OEMs to assess product appearance and
performance before production begins. Probe provides a complete
array of value-added manufacturing and distribution services.
Services include build-to-forecast, configure-to-order or
build-to-order systems assembly. Probe handles medium, low, and
extremely low-volume PCB and systems-assembly projects daily,
including custom orders as small as one unit.
Probe offers a full range of assembly services including:
NPI/Prototype Services - The key to a smooth and timely product
introduction is the collaboration of designer and manufacturer.
By identifying problems before any product is fabricated or
assembled, valuable time and resources can be saved, making the
new product introduction faster and less costly. We strongly
suggest that this collaboration begin as early in the design
process as possible. This allows our OEM customers to gain the
maximum benefit of Probe's engineering staff and resources.
