Updates
On January 12, 2006, our Board of Directors approved our Code of
Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code"). The Board also
identified our Chief Compliance Officer as the executive
responsible for providing the Company's employees, officers and
board members with guidance on the application of the policies
outlined in the Code to ethical issues that may arise in the
course of their service to the Company. John Bennett, the
Company's VP of Finance, currently serves as the Chief
Compliance Officer.
